Up till now, one of the greatest hurdles that most North American customers have to overcome when they want to buy a Plek machine has been the payment terms. Plek machines have traditionally been priced in euros, and fluctuations in the euro/US dollar exchange rate, import and customs costs have all made it difficult for potential customers to find lenders willing to support them. On top of that, training and setup costs have been billed separately, making the whole process difficult to navigate for North American customers.
Today we want to introduce a new sales concept that solves this issue once and for all.
Given our recent success and growth, we are now in a position where we can greatly simplify those terms, and streamline the buying experience. That means that anyone in the US or Canada who is interested in buying a Plek machine should have a much better chance of acquiring a loan to fund the purchase.
We are going to offer you a single, all-inclusive package at a fixed US dollar price of $110,000.
THE PACKAGE CONTAINS
- One Plek Station Machine
Repairshop package including latest software update - Shipping and packaging
Air freight, door-to-door delivery in a certified crate (incoterm DPU) - Importation into the USA or Canada Customs clearance including import duties and fees
- Setup and training
Three days of on-site setup and training by a Plek certified trainer - Travel and accommodation
All travel related expenses of the Plek Trainer covered - Six months of free Plek remote support
Telephone and Online Support provided by the Berlin Plek team and North American Plek partners - Free Software Add-Ons for six months
All subscribable Software Add-Ons can be used at no fee

PAYMENT TERMS
Reservation fee, due on order: $10,000
Principal payment, due at shipping: $100,000
That’s it. No customs costs, no training costs, no accommodation costs. No sudden changes in the exchange rate.
The all-inclusive package covers not only the Plek Station machine, along with shipping, setup and training, but also all other costs, including the US customs bond as well as all travel and accommodation expenses for the Plek trainer.
As a little extra we are also including 6 months of free Plek support and free usage of all subscribable Software Add-Ons during that time.
Of course, there are many unknowns for us, such as the cost of shipping in the US and Canada, and fluctuations in the euro/dollar exchange rate. Given this risk, we are limiting this special offer to three machines right now, so that we can find out whether we need to adjust this all-inclusive price in the future.
If you want to make a reservation for one of these three machines you will need to make a downpayment of 10,000 US dollars. Of course this reservation fee will be deducted from the price and balanced with the final payment.
