romain_svarts brachte gleich zwei spannende Gitarren zu uns! 🎸🔥
Die alte Tokai Strat erhielt ein komplettes Fretboard Leveling und neue Bünde. Der Trussrod war bereits maximal locker – wir haben ihn minimal gespannt und anschließend das Griffbrett neu gefräst. Jetzt ist er wieder voll funktionstüchtig und perfekt spielbar.👌
Die coole Gibson Silverburst bekam eine Plek-Behandlung, einen neuen Sattel und neue Potis.
Alles sitzt, klingt und spielt sich jetzt so, wie es soll.

Romain brought us two exciting guitars! 🎸🔥
The vintage Tokai Strat received a full fretboard leveling and a refret. The truss rod was already completely loose – we tightened it just slightly and re-milled the fingerboard. Now it’s fully functional and plays beautifully again.
The awesome Gibson Silverburst got a Plek setup, a new nut, and fresh pots.
Everything is now dialed in, sounding and playing exactly as it should. 👌

Von der Werkbank auf die Bühne:
juan Camilo holte den maßgeschneiderten Reh Preci-Bass gestern im Gitarrenwerk ab und ging direkt zur Teddy-Show ins Hallenstadion Zürich. Dank präziser Fräsung und Bundierung klingt der Bass so, wie er klingen muss. Klarer, tighter und gut abgestimmt für Live-Sound. Die enge Abstimmung zwischen Reh Guitars, Gitarrenwerk und dem Künstler hat sich in der nahtlosen Übergabe vom Bau zur Bühne bezahlt gemacht. Großartige Zusammenarbeit. Wir freuen uns auf weitere gemeinsame Projekte.

From the workbench to the stage:
Juan Camilo picked up the custom Preci-Bass yesterday at the Guitar Workshop and headed straight to Teddy’s show at Hallenstadion Zurich. Thanks to precise milling and fretwork, the bass sounds exactly as it should. clearer, tighter, and well-suited for live sound. The close coordination between Reh Guitars, Gitarrenwerk, and the artist paid off in a seamless handoff from build to stage. Great collaboration. looking forward to more joint projects.

My Mestric Universal Guitar Neck Jig not only allows me to be able to mount different spec bolt-on necks due to it’s adjustable neck pocket, but I can also change out different bridges with a removable caddy system. For example, there is about a 4mm string spacing difference between a modern and vintage spec Strat bridge. This means I can get the correct string spacing for each neck as I put it through the PLEK. In conjunction with Tony (bandaguitars ) we did our first backstrap repair on a Gibson Les Paul. Typically, gluing is sufficient, but this was a second break on this one so regluing wasn’t an option. Thanks to ianhatesguitars for the awesome YouTube tutorial on how to make this successful!
