Our machines are packed into crates and shipped as partly assembled machine kits. The service includes the presence of a plek technician to ensure that the machine is unpacked, erected and assembled in an appropriate manner. The technician also makes sure that the necessary connections (electricity, compressed air, internet…) are present on site.
Each machine is delivered so that after assembly and a series of self-tests it can start processing the first instruments. Depending on the configuration and version of the machine, setup should normally take from half to one working day.
